CA POST – Concealed Carry Instructor – Escondido CA

Primal Response Training Group developed the concealed carry instructor course as a comprehensive course for law enforcement officers to improve their concealed carry skills in a variety of roles including plain clothes assignments, under cover assignments and off-duty.

Our two consecutive days (16-hours), course is designed and developed to exploit undiscovered deficiencies in CCW deployment in addition to gear selection. During live fire training, shooters will use a skill sheet for progression tracking as we conduct various drills to master different forms of draws, reloads, movements, multiple shot sequences, target tracking and more. Each skill set will have opportunity for improvement with repetition with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Handgun
Acceptable holster attached to the waistband. (Ankle, Shoulder or any other form of CCW carry not on the beltline will not be allowed). The holster needs to be rigid and not interfere with holstering weapon (ex: worn out leather holster).
Kydex holster is preferred.
At least 3 Magazines
Eye/Ear Protection
At least 750 rounds of practice ammo
At least 50 rounds of Duty ammo

ALTHOUGH NOT REQUIRED, WE SUGGEST BRINGING:
Routine Gun Care (I.E. Cleaning/ Armorer Supplies)
Sunscreen
Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK)
