Glock, AR-15 & Remington 870 Armorer Course

The Glock, AR-15, and Remington 870 Armorer Course was developed with one mission in mind: to empower firearms professionals with the skills to maintain, repair, and enhance the most widely used weapon platforms in law enforcement and civilian defense.

At Primal Response, we know from firsthand experience as Law Enforcement Officers and Firearms Instructors that proper weapon maintenance is just as important as marksmanship. Whether you’re an agency instructor, department armorer, or responsible gun owner, this course equips you with the knowledge and hands-on training to keep your weapons in peak condition.

Course Overview

Duration: 3 consecutive days (24 hours total)
Format: Classroom + hands-on lab-style instruction

Platforms Covered:

• Glock pistols
• AR-15 rifles
• Remington 870 shotguns

Topics include:

• Detailed parts identification and function
• Complete disassembly and reassembly procedures
• Function testing and diagnostics
• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Common failure points and real-world fixes
• Basic modifications and performance tuning

Students will have the opportunity to work directly with each platform, gaining practical skills and a deeper understanding of how to keep these firearms service-ready in any environment.
